Eden is a private, clothing-optional spa set within a lush solarium greenhouse.
Set beneath a canopy of towering banana trees and palms, warm light filters through the glass, letting the cold Minnesota winters fade away.
More than a spa, Eden is a community — a place where like-minded people come together to relax, connect, and simply be themselves.
The Sauna
Step inside our sculpted cedar Finnish sauna and feel the world soften. Rooted in centuries of Nordic tradition, our authentic Finnish sauna draws tension from the body and quiets the mind. Temperatures rise to a purifying 200°F, encouraging deep relaxation, improved circulation, and a profound sense of calm.
The Cold Plunge
Our cold plunge pool, kept between 50°F and 59°F, is the perfect counterpart to the sauna. As the cold envelops you, the body responds by releasing endorphins and noradrenaline — naturally lifting your mood and bringing a sense of clarity and quiet energy.
Additional Amenities
Step beneath our oversized rainfall shower and feel the world melt away. Warm water cascades from above in a gentle, enveloping flow — mimicking the sensation of a warm tropical rain. The perfect complement to the sauna and cold plunge.
Our Japanese-inspired sand garden invites you to slow down and simply breathe. Raked patterns of fine sand and smooth stones create a space of deep stillness and mindfulness.
Eden's private massage room offers a deeply restorative experience. Our skilled therapists tailor each session to your needs — releasing tension, instilling tranquility, and leaving you in a state of profound relaxation.

Eden is built on the belief that comfort in one's own skin is freedom, and that no person, government, or group should be able to tell you what clothing to wear or not to wear. And that certainly won't happen here.
